What’s Covered?

We make some of the baddest, toughest, and most precision-crafted motorcycle parts around. But even the best-built stuff can have a hiccup now and then. If your part has a legit manufacturing defect (not user error, backyard engineering, or "I thought it would fit" situations), we’ll make it right.

What’s NOT Covered?

Look, we build high-quality parts, but we can’t control what you do with them. So, our warranty does not cover:

• Improper Installation – If you put it on wrong, forced it to fit, or watched a YouTube tutorial once and declared yourself a master mechanic, that’s on you.

• Normal Wear & Tear – Parts don’t last forever. If you’ve put in the miles and beat the hell out of it, congrats! But that’s not a warranty issue.

• Abuse & Neglect – If you sent it, crashed it, burned it, ran it without oil, or used it for something ridiculous, we’ll gladly admire the carnage, but we’re not replacing it.

• Cosmetic Damage – Finish variations, minor imperfections, or that “patina” you gave it when you dropped your wrench aren’t covered.

How Long Does This Warranty Last?

Most of our parts are backed by a [insert duration] warranty against manufacturing defects. If something fails due to craftsmanship within this period, we’ll take care of it.

How to Make a Claim

If you think your part qualifies for a warranty claim, don’t just send it back—contact us first at [insert email]. We’ll need proof of the issue (photos, receipts, a sworn affidavit from your motorcycle, etc.). If it’s approved, we’ll repair or replace it at our discretion.

Shipping Costs – Who Pays?

• If it’s our mistake, we’ll cover the shipping.

• If it’s not, you’re covering the shipping both ways. Fair’s fair.

Motorcycle parts live a rough life, and we can’t guarantee they’ll survive everything you put them through. Use them responsibly, install them correctly, and ride like you mean it. If you mess something up, own it. If we messed something up, we’ll fix it. Simple as that.
